by commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service listed below.

• please tell me the specifics of your commission before you send the payment. if you want something completely different after the commission is done, you will not receive a refund.
• please provide as many references as you can.
• commissions can only be used for PERSONAL USE.
• no reselling, tracing, stealing or heavy referencing allowed.
• no commercial use allowed.
• using the commission to sell the commission for nft is forbidden.
• you are not allowed to edit or alter the finished work in any way without my consent.
• i do not begin working until I receive payment.
• i have the right to deny the commission if i find it to be too difficult for me to draw or for any other reason.
• i may ask for extra payment for complex character/background/details
• i only send updates once every stage, but if you want you can ask to see the progress whenever.
• deadline depends on my job flow and my queue, but it usually takes me a month at most to finish a piece depending on it's complexity. if you need a commission done in a certain time frame please bring it up to me so i can tell you if it is possible or not.

• after the commission is done you will receive a .zip file with the finished .png files. if you desire to acquire the base files (.sai2, .psd) an extra fee must be paid.

CHANGES.
you may ask for small changes to be done during and even after the commission is done. major ones however are accepted only during sketch stage, if you ask for any after that i have the right to refuse or ask for extra charge.
if you're not sure if the change you want is minor or major - ask me.
i only allow for 5 small changes after the commission is done. any more than that i will refuse or ask for extra charge.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY.
i, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. therefore it is my right to modify and use all of the commissions for my portfolio and/or promotion of myself.

you are allowed to use the artwork for personal use only.
you are allowed to print the art, claim the right of the characters depicted, but not the artwork itself.
you are allowed to use the artwork to promote yourself only if agreed beforehand and with proper credit given to me.

REFUNDING POLICY.
i have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

i will only give full refunds if no work has been completed. if work has been completed but not fully, i will only issue a partial refund if there is a reason to.

BEHAVIOUR.
if i find your attitude towards me rude or inappropriate your commission will be cancelled immediately.

racists, lgbtphobes, zoos and pedos(and everyone else who's equally awful) are forbidden from commissioning me. if i find out you participate in such behaviour you will be blacklisted and blocked immediately.

PAYMENT.
all commissions are to be paid in full after the first sketch is reviewed and accepted.
the accepted currency is USD.
the accepted payment method is through boosty only due to political climate.
